Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form within 48 hours after the confirmed booking. The pre-arrival form needs to be completed with a photo of a valid photo identification and a real time selfie. A photo of the credit card needs to be submitted when requested. All bookings will be subject to an additional credit card fee of 1.7% over the total amount.
